Brian Shafer, Vice President, Government Solutions. 

I am responsible for Global Government Solutions for Spencer Thomas Group.

I lead STG’s Government Solutions team.  I work with government and its contractor partners to build teams for each mission.
 
I provide people with the opportunities to join a mission for which they can be passionate, use their skills and experiences and continue their professional development.

In my 25+ year career, I’ve held leadership positions from Washington, DC to Washington State, and points in between.  I was a Project Manager for multiple releases of Windows at Microsoft Corporation and have lead projects for organizations including Hearst, the FBI, VA and Department of State. 

I studied Business Administration and Management Information Systems at Drexel University and the University of Virginia.  I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practitioner.
