Melissa Johnson, Senior Director, ServiceNow & OCM Practice 

I am responsible for the ServiceNow HR & Organizational Change Management Practice for Spencer Thomas Group.

With 20+ years of experience successfully leading Program Management, HR Technology & Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, I have been responsible for successful Program and Project Management, as well as Governance and PMO initiatives involving large, distributed global teams. My experience includes developing HR Shared Services operations, people and technology strategies, with primary rollout and program success accountability globally. My in-depth knowledge of HR functions spans HRBP, Total Rewards, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Learning and HCM/HRIS. 

With hands-on Learning Management, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition Leadership skills; I possess an in-depth understanding of the issues, technology, processes and best practices around optimizing these functions. I have been a Change Management Leader for corporate business and systems projects – large scale international and domestic. 

My technical background includes HRIS implementation and improvement for WorkDay, Ellucian Banner, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Kronos, ADP and Oracle Fusion. Program management of Finance, Sales and Operations systems - CRM. SAFE, Agile, TAD Methodology (Total Think, Act, Deliver). In addition, I have delivered ServiceNow in a large-scale, global environment.   

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from The University of Wisconsin – Madison.
