Joseph Scarlotto, Vice President, Support Services

I am responsible for Global Service Operations for STG’s field service tech support clients. I have over 15 years experience as a strategic leader with focus on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. I possess an ideal combination of IT Operations, Services Consulting, and Customer Experience Management expertise. My unique background allows him to gain insight into existing and emerging opportunities, while recommending the most beneficial configurations and alignments of STG’s global services.

Before joining Spencer Thomas, I built companies in the IT service industry supporting OEM product lines including HP, Dell, Sun, EMC, Cisco and 3PAR and consulted in business and service transformations. I provided recommendations for operational enhancement, improved customer service, and substantial cost savings.

I am the former New Hampshire State Representative on the Commerce Committee, responsible for all business and consumer affairs. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
