Spencer Thomas Group Welcomes Greg Prados as VP, HCM Practice

PORTSMOUTH, N.H., August 26, 2016 – Spencer Thomas Group (STG), a Professional Services firm providing management consulting and senior project resources worldwide, announced today that HCM industry expert Greg Prados has joined the company as Vice President, HCM Practice. Mr. Prados will optimize STG’s growing North American HCM Practice by broadening STG’s capabilities to help clients with their HCM systems and needs. 

Mr. Prados spent over 20 years with ADP. Following early roles in Operations and Service, he found his niche in the Implementation area as a Consultant and Project Manager, eventually leading Custom Development, QA, and Professional Services teams. More recently Greg was the Director of Implementation for multiple National Accounts business units including focused roles in leading BPO and Public Sector implementation teams.
